How to Request Deletion of Your Data
At ActualSales.ai, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request the deletion of your data from our platform, you can do so using any of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from your profile settings:
- Log in to your ActualSales.ai account
- Go to Settings > Profile
- Scroll down to the Delete Account section
- Confirm the deletion
This will permanently remove your account, personal information, and all associated data.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion via email.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon a deletion request, we will remove:
- Your account profile and personal information
- Any connected third-party account tokens (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Your brand and strategy data
- Activity logs associated with your account
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes). Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may also be retained.
Third-Party Connections
If you connected third-party accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube) through our platform, deleting your data with us does not delete your data on those platforms. To manage your data on those services, please visit their respective privacy settings.
